SushiOrder provides 3 services, The Pop-up event (“our event”, “eat-in service”), The sushi sale days( “Take-out service”) and The special orders( “our catering service”)
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services on the SushiOrder website.
Your access to, the use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our website.
By accessing or using the services on the SushiOrder website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our website.
Terms of our Website
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your phone number.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on our website. The products or services available on our website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on our website and in our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our website.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our website.

In no event shall SushiOrder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our website; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of our website is at your sole risk. Our website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Our services is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
SushiOrder its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) our services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) Our website is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using our website will meet your requirements.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding our website.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our website.
In order to participate in our giveaway, a customer must send us pictures/video’s of their experience at SushiOrder. By sending us the pictures/video’s, we receive the full right to use these pictures/video’s for our own use for either social media or marketing purposes. If a customer do not agree with these terms, they should not send us their pictures/video’s.
Terms of The Pop-up event
Table and order reservation
You will receive one confirmation mail with your table reservation and one confirmation for your order reservation. In order to share this event with as many customers as we can, while still maintaining a top quality, we have limited each table reservation time to a maximum of 2 hours. A customer can not refuse to leave the event/table after exceeding the given 2 hours. Ask our staff if there is other ways to continue the party at our event, but respect our rules.
All reservations require a full payment upfront. After choosing your rolls you have to pay for your order immediately at check out. Payments can be done with both iDeal and Paypal. Please note, that without completing the payment of your order, the reservation will not be processed and your reservation may be cancelled without a warning. If a customer is having trouble to complete the payment, it is their responsibility to contact us for further assistant.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of your reservation is only possible up to 24 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event will not be refunded.
Customer arrival at the Pop-up event
Costumers are asked to arrive 15 min prior to the reservation time. Late arrival will shorten the reservation time of 2 hours. If customers are running late for any reason, they are asked to call the telephone line on +31685839169 as soon as possible.
Reservation and order adjustment
Once we have accepted the payment for an order, adjustments to your reservation can be made up to 4 days prior to the pop-up event. It is not possible to add more customers to your party other than the amount confirmed in your table reservation confirmation.We are only responsible for the confirmed amount of party.
SushiOrder is not responsible if a customer decide to eat raw fish. Eating raw fish increase the chance of getting foodborne illness. SushiOrder has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for this illness. You further acknowledge and agree that you consume SushiOrder at your own risk.
SushiOrder welcomes and encourages your awesome style, however, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing shorts, flip-flops, sportswear, baseball caps and athletic trainers.
Pop-up event Terms & Conditions
The Customer accepts the Pop-up event Terms and Conditions when making the reservation; no reservation is possible without this acceptance.
Terms of The sushi sale days
Order Take-out service
In order to participate in our Take-out service, you must order your rolls online on our website. You will receive one order confirmation after completing payment.
All orders require a full payment upfront. After choosing your rolls you have to pay for your order immediately at check out. Payments can be done with both iDeal and Paypal. Please note, that without completing the payment of your order,it will not be processed and your order may be cancelled without a warning. If a customer is having trouble to complete the payment, it is their responsibility to contact us for further assistant
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of your reservation is only possible up to 24 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the event will not be refunded.
Customer arrival at the Take-out
In order to provide a smooth and excellent service, we ask our customers to arrive on time (your reserved time). We make the sushi upon arrival. The fresher the sushi the better the taste and the less risk for getting the foodborne illness. If customers are running late for any reason, they are asked to call the telephone line on +31685839169 as soon as possible.
Please note that the risk for getting foodborne illness is higher when the food is 2 hours or more at the room temperature. SushiOrder has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for this illness. You further acknowledge and agree that you consume SushiOrder at your own risk.
Once we have accepted the payment for an order, adjustments to your reservation can be made up to 4 days prior to the Take-out service. It is not possible to add more rolls to your order than the amount confirmed.

The Customer accepts the Take-our service Terms and Conditions when placing an order; no order is possible without this acceptance.
